Market Analysis
Wayne Main Street was awarded market study services from Michigan Main Street in Lansing following a statewide review of applications. The professional research and planning firm Downtown Professionals Network was retained by Michigan Main Street to facilitate the Downtown Wayne Market Study and Business Development Strategies project.

Façade Grant
A financial incentive program developed by the Design Committee of Wayne Main Street. This program provides financial assistance through a 50% matching grant of up to $10,000. It is offered to buildings and business owners within the main street district seeking to renovate or restore the façade of their building. There are signage and awning grant opportunities available as well. Applications are currently being accepted for all of the grants!
Design Services
This program provides free design recommendations and renderings for façade improvements to building and business owners within the main street district. Wayne Main Street offers three of these complimentary services per year provided by the Design Specialist at the Michigan Main Street Center.
