Downtown Wayne Clean Up Day

Thank you to our 2020 volunteers!

The Rotary Club of Wayne is partnering with Wayne Main Street and the Friends of the Rouge to conduct a city-wide cleanup of the roads and paths abutting the Rouge River.

Join us on Saturday, April 24th from 9 AM – 12 PM and participate in Wayne’s Community & Rouge River Clean-Up Day.

Do as much or as little as you like! You can pick up trash along the roads or trails, or do more. This project is an effort to make the city more walkable and beautiful.

SOCIAL DISTANCING or MASKS WILL BE REQUIRED, EXCEPT FAMILY PODS.

Light refreshments will be provided.

Volunteers Needed

We need your support! By volunteering to help clean up Wayne, you can make a difference!  Volunteers are encouraged to wear old clothes, masks, and bring gloves. This is a great volunteer opportunity for individuals, families, businesses, and community service groups.

Please bring your own brooms, shovels, and other cleaning equipment. Trash bags will be provided.
